A summary that cannot invent a finding
The risk with AI summaries of papers is a confident sentence the paper never said. CruxDoc builds the snapshot from quotes and string-matches each one against the paper's text on the server. What cannot be matched is labelled, not smoothed over.

Yes, every page. Summaries route through full-document reading, not the first few thousand words, which is why a limitation stated only in the discussion still shows up.

Yes. Methods extraction pulls design, participants, measures, procedure and statistics as printed - enough detail to evaluate the study or plan a replication, each item cited.
Q.04How do I know the summary is not making things up?
Every quote is string-matched against the paper text on the server before you see it. A quote that fails the check is labelled unverified instead of shown as evidence, so you always know which claims to check by eye.
